These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySabiApp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, "the App"). You must be at least 16 years old to use MySabiApp. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use MySabiApp on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
MySabiApp is a local business discovery and management platform that helps users search for nearby businesses, products, repairs, and services. MySabiApp does not own, operate, or endorse any of the businesses listed in the App unless expressly stated.
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials secure. MySabiApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Business owners can register their businesses on the App. All business information provided must be truthful and verifiable. MySabiApp reserves the right to review, verify, or remove listings that violate laws or community standards.
You agree not to post false or defamatory information, upload malicious code, promote hate speech, or interfere with App functionality. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant MySabiApp a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote it. All MySabiApp logos, code, and design elements are protected intellectual property.
"MySabiApp" and all related branding and trademarks are the property of [Company Name]. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The App may include links to third-party websites or services. MySabiApp is not responsible for the content or reliability of these external resources.

Some features may be offered as premium or paid options. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySabiApp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or legal reasons. You may close your account anytime via the App or by contacting support@mysabiapp.com.
